Total Time: 50 Minutes
Yield: 3 Bowls
Ingredients:

1 lb skinless chicken breasts 10 oz ziti pasta
1 bunch of broccoli florets 3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp AP flour 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
3 cloves of garlic 1/4 tbsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups parmesean cheese 2 TBS olive oil
Salt to taste 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

1. Bring two quarts (1900 ML) of water in a large pot to a boil over high heat, and add a pinch of salt.
2. Add in your pasta once the water is boiling and cook the pasta for about 8 minutes, or until slightly underdone. (near al dente)
3. Add the broccoli to pasta and simmer for 4 minutes with the lid on.
4. Strain the pasta and broccoli in a colander, and run cold water over it to prevent the broccoli from over cooking.
5. Lightly coat your chicken with AP flour and season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cut the chicken into your preferred size. Heat the olive oil in the pot over medium-high heat, and add the chicken.
6. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the pot and set aside.
7. Mince your garlic cloves. Add the butter to a pot and melt it. Once butter is fully melted, add in the minced garlic and stir continuously for 10 seconds.
8. Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir often, and cook until sauce starts to bubble slightly.
9. Once the sauce is bubbling and begins to cook down, add in Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
10. Add in the cooked chicken, pasta, and broccoli, and stir until fully combined.
11. Plate your chicken broccoli ziti up and top with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
