Ingredients:
| 6 chicken wings | 1 cups of chili paste |
| 3 tbsp red pepper flakes | 1/4 cups water |
| 1 clove of garlic inced | Salt & ppper to taste |
| 1/4 cups sugar | 1/4 cups of a taste of thai sweet red chili sauce |
| Chili powder to taste | Ground ginger to taste |
| (Optional) Parsley for garnish | (Optional) Peppers for garnish |
| Garlic Powder to taste |
1. In a pot on low heat, add the minced garlic and a drizzle of oil, let the garlic simmer until golden brown.
2. Once the garlic is golden brown, add the water and sugar into the pot.
3. Continuously stir the water and sugar, then after 30 seconds add in the chili paste, sweet chili sauce, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger to taste.
4. Continue to stir and let sauce cook for about 4 minutes.
5. Pre-heat frying oil to 350.
6. Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
7. When the frying oil is at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, fry the wings for 4 minutes, take them out, let the oil rise back up to temperature, and fry the wings again for 3-4 more minutes.
8. Once the wings are cooked, combine them in a large bowl with your sauce and toss them until fully covered. Then garnish the wings slightly with parsley and sliced peppers, Enjoy!
