Ingredients:
| 1 chicken breast | 1 cups pasta |
| 1 lemon | 3 tbsp butter |
| 1/4 cups white wine | 1/2 cups chicken broth |
| 3 cloves of garlic | 1/3 cups AP flour |
| Salt and pepper to taste | Garlic and onion powder to taste |
| 3 tbsp lemon juice |
1. First being cooking your pasta by boiling it in water with a pinch of salt, using whatever pasta shape you like. Typically it takes about 9-10 minutes to cook pasta in boiling water, however, this will vary depending on the type of pasta. Make sure to keep a few tablespoons of the pasta water for later.
2. Flatten out the chicken breasts to your prefered thickness, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste, then coat with AP flour.
3. Finely mince all of the garlic cloves. Prepare your lemon by cutting it half, juicing it, setting aside the juice, and slicing the lemon into large circular slices.
4. Begin searing your chicken on medium heat with olive oil. Once the chicken is fully coooked and brown on the outside, take the chicken out of the pan and add in white wine.
5. Allow the alcohol to cook off from the wine for a few minutes, and then add your saved pasta water, garlic, chicken broth, buter, lemon juice, lemon slices, and cooked pasta.
6. Saute the pasta and sauce on low-medium heat for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to mix, and then plate and top with your chicken.
7. Garnish with more sliced lemon and enjoy!
