Ingredients:
| 1 1/4 cups warm water | 2 tsp sugar |
| 1/4 cups active dry yeast | 4 cups AP flour |
| 1 tsp salt | 1 tsp dry basil |
| 1/3 cups olive oil | 3 cups pizza sauce |
| 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese | 1 cups Pepperoni (optional) |
1. In a small bowl, mix the water, salt, and yeast until its dissolved.
2.In a serperate large bowl, add the AP Flour, sugar, and basil, then mix in water mixture.
3.Turn onto floured surface and knead until the dough is no longer sticky.
4. Place the dough in a large bowl and cover, let rise for 30 minutes.
5. After letting the dough rise, take 1/4 of the dough and stretch it to a circle.
6. Spread pizza sauce and cover with cheese and toppings.
7. Place in a pre-heated 500 degree oven for about 12/15 minutes.
8. Take the pizza out, slice, and enjoy.
