Ingredients:
| 1 can (15 ounce) pumpkin puree | 1 large egg |
| 3 egg yolks | 14 oz sweetened condensed milk |
| 1/2 tspn ground nutmeg | 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp ground ginger | 1/8 tsp Chinese 5-spice |
| 1/2 tsp fine salt | 9-inch unbaked pie crust |
| 2 tsp sugar | 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
1. Mix the pumpkin puree, egg yolks, and egg in a large pan.
2. Once combined, add in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined again.
3. Add all the spices, then mix.
4. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
5. Put the pie into a prehated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes
6. After those 15 minutes are up, turn the oven down to 350 and let the pie cook for another 30-35 minutes.
7. Your pie should now be ready, take it out and serve it with a nice dollop of whipped cream.
